Why does blood sugar go up at night? We take a slow acting insulin bfr bed w/30g carb snack.. It NEVER used to? In the summer w/exercise FOR GET IT drop drop drop ...Another example tonight blood sugar 180 then 30min. later 266 ?? when we ate dinner 2hrs ago !! There's something I don't understand here..... UGH! Thank God our appt. is coming up soon ...
Dawn I responded to both your comments at the two posts where you left them on my blog..... Your comments really meant a lot to me! I like dialogues! Gosh this rollercoaster image is just as scary as what D does to us! Exercise kisses us and then slams us down. We need it. It helps us, but then it causes havoc.
Hi Dawn it's nice to meet you! Great image. That's truly what Diabetes feels like. A couple days or weeks of good Blood sugars than everything changes. I'm glad you stopped by. Josh has been on the pump for a year and a half. It does make Diabetes more manageable, as far as less injections, and a bolus wizard that can calculate how much insulin to give him with more precision. I'm trying to update my blog more frequently. Good luck at the Dr.s office.
Married & live in USA ~ Mother of two ~ have 1 child w/ Diag.T1 Diabetes and my other child is MR ~
Basically my cup overfloweth... LOL! If your in the same boat ~ feel free to comment :D If you already know me "HI" ~ And,leave a msg. to let me know you stopped by .... :)
