By eating 1Tbsp. ea. day you could slash your diabetes risk by 21%

While eating 2Tbsp. a week could reduce risk of developing gall stones by 25%

Skye says - WOOOF, ie thank sor the birthday greeting! I had no idea that peanutbutter was that good for you, but I eat is everyday for breakfast and lunch b/c it is yummy. I change neither my breakfast of lunch meal b/c it just makes figuring out by diabetes easier and I hate calculating carbs, proteins and fats etc!
